Look who is all set to outdo the Munnis and Sheilas of Bollywood! Chitrangda Singh, who is otherwise known for her critically acclaimed role in Sudhir Mishra's Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi, has been roped in by director Shirish Kunder to do an item number in the film Joker.
Buzz has it that apart from Sonakshi Sinha's item number, there will be another song titled Kaafirana, to be performed by the hot actress Chitrandga Singh.
"Kaafirana is essentially a rustic song with a raunchy flavour to it. We wanted a fresh yet sensual face, and not the usual, go-to item girls of today. Also, Chitrangda hasn't done an item number before, so the novelty value is very high," says Shirish Kunder.
