When you inspect doors and windows, look for caulking. Get it done timely to prevent expenditures that may stack up if the difficulty prevails. • Examine your attic and the roof. Due to the direct sunlight and humidity (depending on your climate) the roof area is likely to most of the fissures. Check for any seepages and fix them up. Also this will increase the chance of rodents coming in your house and you wouldn’t like that obviously!
